The first morning light
slices through
unnoticed…
quietly adding colour
to a new day, nudging
to allow possibility
of forgiving and forgetting
of letting go of ego
to replace with love
so the numb lives
and the parched souls
of those whose lives I touch
blossom from indifference.
To live.
To love.
To care.
Beyond expectations.
